Bottom Unheading Valve
The DeltaGuard unheading valve permanently connects to the bottom of a coke-drum, creating a totally enclosed system from the top of the coke-drum to the discharge pit. With the push of a single button from a remote location, safe and reliable unheading can be achieved. The DeltaGuard is inherently safe, easy to operate, and designed to be maintenance free from turnaround to turnaround.

Top Unheading Valve
The DeltaGuard top unheading valve is the latest innovation in coke drum top unheading. Mounted directly to the drum, it creates a permanent top head connection. Utilizing patented dynamic seat technology, the valve is tight-sealing, robust, and highly reliable. Use of this valve for remote unheading allows a safer, more efficient method of coke drum top unheading.
